UI/UX Designer

Required Skills:
Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy
Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
Understanding of accessibility design and testing.
Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), Angular, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Familiar with JIRA.
Understanding of an agile/scrum development process.
Ability to work collaboratively within cross-disciplinary teams, as well as ability to work independently.
Ability to clearly communicate your design decisions with the team.
