Office Locations: Naples The national AmLaw 200 law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP seeks a highly experienced attorney to join the well-regarded Trust, Estate & Wealth Preservation group in Naples, Florida for succession planning and growth needs. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience with direct client management responsibilities and the planning and drafting for clients with taxable estates, including the transfer of multi-generational wealth through the use of GST-exempt trusts, GRATs, SLATs and IDGTs and other complex estate planning instruments; post-mortem administration; tax return preparation and/or review of Forms 706, 709 and 1041. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with colleagues across the firm and ability to provide high quality client services is essential.
