The ideal candidate will have 10+ 3+ years' experience in advising clients on complex estate planning matters, including advanced trust planning, wealth preservation strategies, gift and estate tax strategies, estate and trust administration, revocable and irrevocable drafting wills, trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, charitable remainder powers of attorney, living wills and lead trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, fiduciary income taxation, and closely held business ownership succession planning and taxation.ancillary documents. Experience with direct client contact is desirable but not strictly necessary.
