Treatment Coordinator

Preferred Search Group is partnering with a top-rated dental practice in Rockwall to find a Dental Treatment Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, Dentrix and preferrably experience as a dental assistant. This position requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of infection control and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process.
• Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar efficiently.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Presents and coordinates treatment plans with a level of professionalism and expertise
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dental office, adhering to infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with the dental team to enhance patient care and office efficiency.

Requirements

• Previous experience presenting treatment in a fee-for-service office, highly preferred
• Experience as a dental assistant is a plus.
• Experience with Dentrix
• Knowledge of front office dental functions
• High school diploma
