Travel Program Associate

Our client, a leading organization in the travel management sector, is seeking a Travel Program Associate to join their team. As a Travel Program Associate, you will be part of the operations team supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Travel Program Associate

Location: Chapel Hill, NC

Pay Range:

$21 per hour

What's the Job?

Review and audit travel and expense documents to ensure compliance with established guidelines.

Process expense reports and reimbursement requests efficiently and accurately.

Maintain a thorough understanding of the Concur Travel System and the Web Travel System, providing guidance to customers.

Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding policies and procedures.

Collaborate with team members and engage higher-level staff as needed to resolve customer issues.

What's Needed?

Proven experience in processing expense reports and travel documentation.

Strong knowledge of compliance standards related to travel and expenses.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Proficiency in using travel management systems, particularly Concur.
