Trash Removal Technician

Superior Contracting & Maintenance, a leading company in construction industry is seeking a Trash Removal Technician to join their team. As a Trash Removal Technician, you will be responsible for collecting and disposing of trash and waste materials from residential properties. You will work closely with Superior's Property Management team to assist in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for tenants and homeowners. Superior has been providing property management companies with clear and effective maintenance and turn-key services for 13 years and prides itself in delivering clear communication and quality repairs in a timely manner. Our comprehensive list of services includes roofing, flooring, kitchen and bath renovations, full rehabs, plumbing and electrical repairs, landscaping, and many more.

• Collect and remove trash and waste materials from residential properties
• Follow proper disposal procedures and regulations
• Maintain cleanliness of trash removal equipment and tools
• Communicate effectively with account managers and dispatchers
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
• Work efficiently and independently to complete assigned tasks
• Assist in other maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in trash removal or related field is preferred (5 years+)
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Knowledge of proper waste disposal procedures
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• General Liability Preferred
