Who we are?
Burns White?s Railroad Litigation Department represents Class I and short line railroads in a variety of business and legal matters across the country with a focus on occupational disease, toxic tort, environmental, and products liability litigation. We advise our clients on risk management and risk avoidance techniques, regulatory compliance, FELA, and proposed legislation. We handle trespasser, grade crossing accidents, and class action matters. We also partner with clients in various industries in handling OSHA citation contests and inspections.
