McCarter & English, LLP seeks an associate to join its Energy Practice for an in-person position in McCarter?s Washington DC office. McCarter?s 12-attorney energy transactional practice is wide-ranging and includes covers a wide-range of transactional matters (e.g.(i.e., power purchase agreements, EEIs, ISDAs, gas prepays, and energy storage services agreements) as well agreements). Our practice also includes administrative proceedings (electric and natural gas practice before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and state public service commissions). The ideal candidate is an excellent a good writer with 4 or more 2-4 years of experience in some of the above-referenced transactional or energy regulatory matters with interest in becoming partner. matters.
