Training Specialist - Senior

We are seeking a Training Specialist Senior with at least 5 years of experience in training and development. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Education. This role involves supervising a team to develop, plan, and deliver comprehensive training programs on Information Systems or ADP for end-users, including computer hardware, application software, new systems, and business process improvements. Strong interpersonal skills and experience coordinating with instructors, subject-matter experts, and trainees are essential.

Requirements

• Supervise a team in developing and delivering training programs on Information Systems or ADP for end-users.
• Plan and implement training on computer hardware, application software, new systems, and business process improvements.
• Deliver training programs and coordinate with instructors, subject-matter experts, and trainees.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or a U.S. permanent resident with a minimum of 3 years of legal residency in the U.S.
• Must have a favorably completed NACI or T1 investigation equivalent, including an FBI fingerprint check, prior to installation access.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on supervising teams and delivering comprehensive training programs.

Certifications:

• Information Assurance (IA) certification as specified by DoD 8570.01-M, to be completed within 7 days of task order award.
