Job Description

Qualis Corporation is seeking a Training Coordinator in Denver, CO to be responsible for:

Develop training materials within the scope of Configuration Management, NCRC ITSM IG, NCRC ITSM Process Guides, use of NCRC TTPRS, or other ITSM-related processes
Manage training events at sites, prepare on-line training materials

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field (experience may substitute for degree)
4 to 7 years' experience in IT-related field
2-4 years' experience in technical training development and support
Must hold an active DoD Secret Security Clearance
ITIL foundations preferred
2 years' JIRA experience preferred
