Job Description
Qualis Corporation is seeking a Training Coordinator in Denver, CO to be responsible for:
- Develop training materials within the scope of Configuration Management, NCRC ITSM IG, NCRC ITSM Process Guides, use of NCRC TTPRS, or other ITSM-related processes
- Manage training events at sites, prepare on-line training materials
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field (experience may substitute for degree)
- 4 to 7 years' experience in IT-related field
- 2-4 years' experience in technical training development and support
- Must hold an active DoD Secret Security Clearance
- ITIL foundations preferred
- 2 years' JIRA experience preferred
