Job Description

Urgent Opening for Trainer from Clothing Industry

Place of Posting: Siliguri

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in training within a BPO environment or related field.

Qualifications: Industry-standard HRcertifications or qualifications in training and development, with relevant expertise in the Clothing Industry.

Responsibilities:

1.Train employees on handling inbound and outbound calls for companies that require clothing fabric.

2.Equip employees with effective communication strategies, customer engagement skills, and industry-specific knowledge related to the clothing/fabric sector.

3.Develop and deliver training modules to enhance operational efficiency and employee performance.

4.Ensure employees are prepared to meet quality and performance benchmarks.

Travel Requirement: The candidate should be willing to travel to Delhi to gain insight into the processes and workflows.

Salary Range: ?30,000?50,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience).
