Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Traffic Control Manager to oversee multi-state operations (WA/OR/ID/MT) , ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing traffic control teams, coordinating with municipalities, and developing traffic management plans. This role requires strong leadership, operational management, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Hire, train, and manage traffic control teams to ensure efficiency and safety compliance;
Develop and implement traffic guidance schemes and management plans;
Ensure adherence to state, county, and local traffic control laws;
Coordinate with municipalities and law enforcement to secure permits;
Dispatch and oversee crews across WA/OR/ID/MT;
Collaborate with Operational Managers to ensure legislative compliance;
Focus on job cost management and resource optimization;
Provide technical advice and support to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

3+ years of traffic operations, involving leadership experience;
Knowledge of state, county, and local traffic control laws;
Proven ability to work with municipalities and secure permits;
Experience dispatching and managing multi-state operations;
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work long hours;
Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel within the Pacific Northwest;
Ability to pass drug & alcohol screening and background check.
