Trademark Paralegal

Conley Rose, P.C. is an intellectual property law firm with offices in Dallas, Texas and Houston, Texas and Alexandria, Virginia. We are seeking an experienced trademark paralegal with 3 ? 5 years of recent and hands-on experience with U.S. and foreign trademark prosecution. The firm offers a family-friendly, inclusive, team oriented, and flexible work environment. The ideal candidate must have great organizational skills, good record keeping and documentation habits, excellent and courteous communication skills, be able to work collaboratively in our team-oriented environment and come into the firm?s office for meetings as needed. The position will allow for flexibility to work remotely or to have a hybrid schedule. This position will work with attorneys, clients, docketing and other staff. Experience with IP management software is a must, e.g. Anaqua, Foundation IP, or CPi as well as MS Office Suite.
