Trade Remedies Associate

We have an immediate opening for a Trade Remedies Associatewith three to six years of experience. We will consider candidates for any of our physical office locations. The candidate should have experience in trade remedies with a specific focus on antidumping and countervailing duty cases. Additional experience with customs is a plus. The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in our Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit and the International Trade & Supply Chain Practice Specialty Center.

The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, a commitment to the community, superior interpersonal skills and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action. Candidates should have an active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which they are applying or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible. We look for proactive, dynamic, and entrepreneurial individuals with varied backgrounds, interests, and experience for a diverse candidate pool.

Pursuant to applicable state laws, the compensation range for this position in Chicago, Denver, Oakland, Los Angeles, and Washington, DC only is $230,000 to $275,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Salaries in all other markets will vary depending on market data. Associates are eligible for an Associate Performance Bonus and Client Development Bonus.
