Job Description

We are looking for qualified Tower Technicians for the Pacific Northwest region ( Washington & Oregon ).

We are offering an opportunity to put your experience in Wireless Construction and maintenance to good use, to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment, and to do so for one of the fastest-growing construction companies in the U.S.

Responsibilities :

Climbing heights on various towers;
Performing maintenance, upgrades, and new work for all carriers on existing tower sites using the appropriate tools and equipment;
Installing, testing, and troubleshooting tower components such as PIM, Sweep, antennas, microwave alignment, fiber, etc.;
Coordinating with other technicians to install new equipment or repair existing equipment;
Lifting equipment into position using cranes or proper rigging tools and equipment;
Inspecting towers, masts, and other structures to identify potential structural problems that could lead to accidents;
Utilizing hand tools and power tools;
Following all safety policies and using proper PPE for each task;
Working in all weather conditions and performing all tasks in accordance with U1 Safety Policies and Procedures.

Requirements

At least 1-2 years of experience as a Tower Technician;
A valid, unrestricted Driver's License;
Ready to travel for work within the market;
Capable of performing tower and civil work;
Competent climber/competent rescuer trained;
Safety certificates such as: OSHA10/30, Climb trained, Rescue trained, FACPR, Bloodborne pathogens, HazCom, RF, NWSA TT (preferred).
