Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to towing requests and safely operate a tow truck.
- Load, secure, and transport vehicles with care and precision.
- Provide excellent customer service and support during every interaction.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of towing equipment to guarantee safety and efficiency.
- Fill out necessary reports and documentation for towing operations.
- Comply with all traffic laws and safety regulations while on duty.
- Assist with roadside assistance and troubleshooting basic vehicle issues when possible.
Requirements
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in towing or roadside assistance is highly desirable.
- Expert driving skills and knowledge of local traffic laws.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
- Physical capability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
