Practicing attorneys with a minimum of five years of litigation experience, preferably in torts, are encouraged to apply. The position will be based in our Buffalo office. Candidates must be licensed to practice in New York State; have superior verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills; and have demonstrated abilities to work directly with clients and develop and execute service strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in New York State and federal courts handling the defense of products liability, personal injury, and professional malpractice actions.
