Job Description
- Must possess a solid understanding of event management, system/application health server operating system, agent and agentless monitoring, network, application and end-point performance, tuning and measurements.
- The candidate will ensure the COTS products function properly with PKI-based authentication, corporate authorization services, firewalls, and SSL/TLS communications.
- Assist with testing and deploying hotfixes/patches/new releases of the tools suite.
- Assist with development of knowledge articles, documentation, and work instructions used by the Tools Team and tools users.
Requirements
TS/SCI with poly required- High School Degree/GED and 19 years of related experience
- A Bachelor of Science may be substituted for 5 years of experience

- Juniper JUNOS Network Operating System
- Must be a self-starter with strong attention to detail
- Network Device (firewall/router/switch) System Administration
- Palo Alto
- Proficient in Linux/UNIX commands
- Proficient in Windows Server OS
- RHEL 7x, 8x, or 9x
- RHEL/Linux Server Administration
- Web Applications
- Windows Server 2016, 2019, or 2022
- Windows Server Administration
- Application/SA Experience with the OpenText Ops Bridge Suite
- Experience in Python, R, JavaScript, or Perl programming; or UNIX scripting
- Experience with OpenText Application Performance Management (APM)
- Experience with OpenText Business Process Monitor (BPM)
- Experience with OpenText OPTIC Data Lake
- Experience with OpenText Operations Bridge Reporter (OBR)
