Attorney to manage/market and operate

Title Company located in Ocean City is seeking an established Title and experienced Settlement branch in the Delaware/Ocean City marketplace. Processor focused on Superior Service and Client Relationships. • Work with city boards and agencies to obtain permits and avoid zoning legal issues
• Complete thorough due diligence and inspect legal documents, title examination, and closing binder for legal risk, completion, and accuracy
• Represent client at real estate closings, in real estate disputes, and real estate litigation
• Negotiate real estate transaction terms and conditions, and facilitate the transfer of title between borrowers, real estate agents, and title company
• Take into account all legal aspects of clients? intended outcome and personal circumstances to provide sound legal advice to them

• Superb negotiation, networking, research, and communication skills are needed
• Must be computer proficient
• 3 years of experience as a residential or commercial real estate attorney, as a transactional attorney, or as corporate counsel for a real estate development firm

• Hold a current law license in the state and be a member of your local bar association

• Up to date knowledge of property management, business law, title insurance, land use, and residential and commercial real estate law, including litigation
