Responsibilities:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends and incorporate them into our content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand goals.
- Monitor content performance and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement.
Requirements
- Hard Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of current TikTok trends is a must.
- Commercial experience with brands or companies is advantageous.
- Proven track record of creating viral TikTok content is a plus.
- Personality & Soft Skills:
- Punctual and reliable with a strong respect for deadlines and meetings.
- Highly responsible and proactive in identifying new content opportunities.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate unique and engaging content ideas.
- Energetic and optimistic, bringing positive vibes to the team.
- Ideally a representative of Generation Z.
- College/university student or recent graduate preferred.
- Native English speaker or foreigner with no accent.
