for our Windsor, CT location.

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be?

What needs to be done?

o Perform tests and troubleshoot performance, leaks and aesthetics of all Spencer blower and vacuum products.

o Maintain documentation as per established quality standards and engineering test specification.

o Perform trim balance.

o Work with a variety of calibrated gauges not limited to vibration meters, temperature probes, volt, and amp meters.

o Set up and break down of test fixtures using hoists, forklifts, or other material handling equipment.

o Work with variable frequency drives.

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require?

Warehouse work environment, standing, stooping, bending, sitting, etc for duration of shift

Ability to comfortably work around and with electricity

Steel Toe Shoes, Safety Eyewear, Ear protection, protective clothing when necessary

Your Education Should Be?

High School diploma or General Education equivalent

2 or more Years of experience

Your Professional Experience Should Be?

What do you need to bring?

o Strong attention to detail.

o Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills

o Ability to read engineering documentation (drawings, test specification).

o Strong mechanical aptitude.

o Ability to use a variety of hand tools.

o Work independently and as part of a team.

o Must be familiar with the operation and connection of low to medium three phase motors.
