Job Description
- Ensures the security and effectiveness of our products and systems.
- Conducts comprehensive testing of cybersecurity systems and products to ensure their security and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement test plans and procedures based on industry standards and best practices.
- Identify and report any vulnerabilities or weaknesses in cybersecurity systems or products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues found during testing.
- Stay up to-date on the latest cyber threats and incorporate them into testing strategies.
- Generate detailed reports and documentation of test results, including recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and findings.
- Utilize technical expertise to propose and implement solutions for improving cybersecurity systems.
- Participate in design and code reviews to ensure security is built into the development process.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and procedures.
- Adhere to all DIA and DoD for cybersecurity and testing.
Requirements
- Required Education and Experience: BS + 5 years
- Certifications: DoD Manual 8570.01-M at the Information Assurance Technical (IA T) Level I role
- Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain and maintain a CI Polygraph
