Test Coordinator (Contingent)

ARETUM is looking for a skilled Pre Test Coordinator to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all pre-testing activities, ensuring that testing processes are set up effectively to guarantee the delivery of high-quality software solutions to our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all requirements are met before testing begins, minimizing any disruptions during the testing phase.

• Coordinate pre-testing activities to ensure all requirements are gathered and understood.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and testers to define and clarify scope and objectives.
• Develop and maintain pre-test documentation, including test plans and specifications.
• Ensure test environments are properly set up and ready for testing.
• Monitor progress of preparation activities and report on their status.
• Identify potential risks and mitigate them through proper planning.
• Facilitate communication between teams to streamline processes.
• Maintain a keen understanding of testing best practices and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a testing or QA coordination role.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience with testing tools and frameworks is a plus.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred.
