Job Description

Distribution Representative - 90-100k Base plus commission must be located in Central PA -
Hybrid(mostly remote once a month in office but you HAVE to live somewhere in Central PA)

Key Focus: Develop and manage agency/brokerage partnerships to expand commercial lines
business across small to large markets in Central Pennsylvania.
Core Responsibilities:
Identify and appoint new distribution partners
Drive business growth through existing agency relationships
Coordinate new business proposals and pre-renewal discussions
Lead account planning and monitor performance
Support agency onboarding and relationship management

Requirements:
5+ years commercial insurance experience (Marketing, Sales, Underwriting, or Distribution)
Proven track record in commercial lines sales
Strong agency relationships in Central PA market
Expert knowledge of standard commercial insurance products
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite

Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred (HS Diploma required)
Commercial insurance certifications a plus
