City Wide is looking for Account Managers to lead the execution of client engagement, retention, ascension and referral initiatives, resulting in raving, loyal advocates who become life-long partners. This is a six figure income opportunity, to include base salary and bonus/commission structure with OTE of $100k-$130k+!

This territory includes the Milwaukee metro area and requires onsite route management. Hours for this position will be standard business operations, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with on call availability after hours.

What you will do...

  • Serve as a focal point of contact for clients to ensure work performed satisfies company and client quality standards;
  • Manage, expand, and diversify client relationships with an eye toward potential add-on sales opportunities;
  • Be the voice of the client as you direct Account Manager(s) how to work with Independent Contractors, and crew members to meet/exceed client expectations;
  • Lead the execution of company policies and procedures associated with client service levels.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of operations, sales, or customer service experience
  • Demonstrated track record of success in client retention and cross-selling services or products
  • Previous management experience a plus!
  • Bachelors Degree (Business, Engineering or related field) is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and strong written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM database.
  • Ability to travel on a daily basis to client locations.
