Position - Tele-caller (outbound) Female only

Location - Indiranagar , Bengaluru

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream

Experience: Fresher to 1 year

Remuneration: 10K-14K + attractive incentive from Vodafone Idea

Job Description:

1. The candidate makes the outbound calls to the potential leads given to her

2. The candidate should be making at least 120-150 calls in a day and have at least 15-20 quality conversion

3. The candidate should maintain the clean records of contacts with their status

4. The candidate should follow up leads/potential clients diligently and with maximum efficiency to optimise the conversion rate

5. The candidate should be able to meet the monthly revenue target

6. The candidate should periodically attend training to update herself on product knowledge

7. The candidate should be punctual, good learner and a team player

Requirements

Skills: i. good communication skills - English; Kannada & Hindi is an added advantage

ii. Sales aptitude

iii. Negotiation skills

iv. Telecom product (sim or data cards, wifi, leased line) sales knowledge
