Job Description


We seek a dynamic and motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. As a fresher in tele sales, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining our products/services, and persuading them to make a purchase or take the desired action.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
  • Explain products/services, address queries, and generate interest.
  • Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.
  • Follow up with customers to close sales and maintain relationships.
  • Maintain records of calls, interactions, and sales in the CRM.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Handle customer objections effectively and professionally.
  • Work closely with the sales team to improve strategies and achieve goals.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software (preferred).
  • Good listening skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
