Lokal App is looking for a dynamic Tele Sales Executive fluent in Kannada to join our remote team. As a premier hyperlocal platform that connects local communities with essential services and information, we are on a mission to empower individuals through our innovative offerings. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting Lokal App's services, and engaging with users to understand their needs and how our platform can help them. Your fluency in Kannada will enable you to communicate effectively and build rapport with our diverse client base. Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and effectively promote Lokal App's services.
  • Engage with users to identify their needs and create tailored solutions that fit their requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and leads in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads and manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage campaigns and enhance sales efforts.
  • Provide feedback on customer interactions and market trends to help shape future strategies.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of Lokal App.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Kannada and a good command of English.
  • Previous experience in tele sales, sales, or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
  • Motivated and goal-oriented individual with a passion for sales.
  • Experience required: 1 Years (Minimum)
