Job Description


Job Title: Telecaller

Location: Akshaya Nagar, Bengaluru

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads

Clearly and persuasively explain products and services to customers

Record and update accurate customer information in the CRM system

Handle customer queries and objections professionally

Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and sales targets

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant products

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat sales

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year in sales or post-sales roles, preferably with experience in customer

upselling and cross-selling

Strong verbal communication skills; multilingual candidates are preferred

Experience in the sports and nutrition industry is a plus

Basic knowledge of nutrition is an added advantage

Proficient with basic computer operations and CRM software
