Technician Support

DrBalcony is excited to offer an opportunity for a highly motivated Technician Intern to join our innovative civil engineering team. This internship is designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in various technical tasks, providing support to our engineering team and engineering software developers.

Your responsibilities will include trouble shoot issues, investigate reported bugs, and triage confirmed issues, as well as perform some miscellaneous office tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong communication skills to be able to collaborate and present solutions clearly
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills in computer software.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Work closely with other engineers and engineer software developers in support of new and existing product development initiatives.
• Conduct testing and document results to ensure product performance requirements are met.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of technical components and computer systems.

Requirements

• Pursuing students or recent graduates with bachelor's degrees in electrical engineering, computer science, computer engineering, or IT programs.

• As a Technical Intern, you will collaborate cross-functionally with program management, systems, and test engineering teams.
• As a Technical Intern, you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, investigating reported bugs, triaging confirmed issues, and carrying out various office tasks.
• Perform testing and record the outcomes to confirm that the product meets the performance criteria.
• Detect and fix software bugs to ensure the entire system is capable of meeting performance requirements.

Preferred qualifications:

• Background knowledge of SQL/MYSQL and general relational database understanding
• CRUD App is a bonus
