We are currently seeking a Technician II - Product Design and Sustainment who will be responsible for Supporting improvement, implementation and sustainment of manufacturing methods, techniques, processes. Interacting with cross functional teams.

Assist in problem solving by performing experiments in the lab and analyzes data for results. Assists in interpretation of results. Assist in routine work as defined.

Boundary Conditions/Authority Levels: Receives instruction on routine work, instructions on new assignments.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Non-conformance investigations: Identify resolution to complex technical problems and utilizing scientific method as foundation for problem solving.

Communicate with customers and sales representatives for alignment on the design and manufacturing requirements.

Compiling data for documentation of test procedures and prepares reports

Perform experiments in lab for identifying root cause of issue and analysis of the data

The required qualifications for the job include:

Bachelors in Biochemistry/ Biotechnology with 4-6 years' experience and/or

Masters in Biochemistry/ Biotechnology with 2-3 years' experience.

Knowledge and experience in understanding of multicolor Flow Cytometry would be added advantage.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Conjugation- worked with different dye types

Purification methods ? Affinity and Size exclusion chromatography.

Quality System Management (QMS), creation of Standard Operating Procedure.
