Job Description

What you will do
- Deliver technical training courses to both internal staff and external customers, ensuring adherence to all workplace rules, guidelines, and safety procedures.
- Develop and update training materials to ensure they meet the needs of the participants and incorporate the latest industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop new training programs.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating training sessions with customers and internal staff.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers and internal teams.
- Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and participant performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments to continuously improve training programs.
- Handle any other relevant tasks and projects assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Prior experience as a technical trainer or instructor in the automotive, transportation, or related industry.
- Thorough understanding of vehicle drive train, electrical, air, and hydraulic systems.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays, to deliver training at various locations.
