• Assist customers with basic technical inquiries and support requests via phone, email, and chat.
• Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to our products and services.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our support management system.
• Receive training on product features and best practices to enhance customer support.
• Work closely with experienced team members to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop technical knowledge and customer service skills.
• Provide feedback on customer experiences to help improve our support processes.

Requirements

• No prior experience in technical support is required; training will be provided.
• Basic understanding of technology and a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal; additional languages are a plus.
