Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and software applications
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
