Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design Development:

Collaborate with clients, concept designers and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
Develop innovative design solutions that align with client needs,concept design needs and company standards.
Create detailed technical drawings, floor plans, elevations, and 3D models using software such Revit and Autocad.

Project Coordination:

Work closely with concept designers, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure the accurate execution of design plans.
Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any design-related issues that arise during construction.
Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Material and Product Selection:

Research and recommend suitable materials, furniture, and fixtures that meet design specifications and budget constraints.
Prepare detailed specifications and procurement lists for project implementation.

Compliance and Standards:

Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and best practices.

Client Interaction:

Present design concepts and proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary.
Maintain strong communication and professional relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on workspace fitouts.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Revit Expertise is a plus
Strong understanding of material specifications, building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
