Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of technical engineers across AV, networking, and pre-sales, while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Conduct and track training programs, certifications (e.g., AVIXA, OEMs), and promote hands-on learning using solution design tools such as AutoCAD.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and support career development through best-practice sharing and individual growth planning.
Manage staffing plans, optimize team utilization, and implement strategies to support career growth and retain top talent.
Coordinate with sales and technical leads to align and prepare engineers for client briefings and presales technical discussions.
Ensure engineers are equipped to support AV and networking solutioning, including requirement gathering, site surveys, and pricing strategy development.
Oversee the accuracy, customer fit, and compliance of solution designs and Bills of Materials (BoMs) with tender and RFP specifications.
Drive consistency and standardization in documentation practices and pricing tools across all engagements.
Oversee and support bid proposals, including managing team participation and reviewing submission quality.
Maintain strong relationships with key OEMs such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Crestron, Kramer, and Extron.

Requirements

Required Knowledge and Skills:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related technical field.
812 years of overall experience, with 3+ years in people management roles.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
Proven experience in bid management, proposal reviews, and strategic pricing support.
Understanding of AV and Networking domains, including presales, solutioning, and implementation lifecycle
