We're looking for a skilled Technical Program Manager to lead and deliver complex technical initiatives, collaborating across engineering, product, and business teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong technical foundation with a passion for solving cross-functional challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical fieldor equivalent practical experience.
• 3.5+ years of experience in technical program management or project management roles.
• Strong knowledge of project and program management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).
• Technical curiosity and a solid understanding of APIs, system architecture, and cloud platforms.
• Proven ability to operate and deliver results in a global, cross-functional team environment.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Notion, Linear, Confluence, MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team, taking full ownership of deliverables.
• Demonstrated experience driving continuous improvement and consistently delivering results.

• Interest in building a long-term career in technical program management.
• Experience with software development lifecycles (SDLC), DevOps workflows, and cloud-based technologies.
• Exposure to REST APIs, microservices architecture, and enterprise-grade software systems.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cybersecurity frameworks, or regulatory compliance environments.
• Basic proficiency in tools and platforms such as Google Workspace, AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
