Technical Lead (RPA, PowerApps, Power Automate )

ProArch is seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Lead specializing in RPA , PowerApps, and Power Automate to guide our teams in delivering innovative automation solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for leading development projects, designing automation workflows, and mentoring team members in best practices and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and develop project scopes and requirements.
• Provide technical expertise and leadership in PowerApps development to create custom applications that meet business needs.
• Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices for automation development and implementation.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automated solutions into existing systems and processes.
• Perform testing and quality assurance on developed solutions to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in RPA, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
• Document project processes, architectures, and designs for future reference and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on RPA, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
• Proven experience leading development projects and teams.
• Strong knowledge of RPA tools, particularly UiPath and Power Automate.
• Experience with PowerApps development and integrations.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, or Python.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
