Accountabilities:

• Architect and lead advanced Next.js frontend projects from concept to delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Code complex user experiences using React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling
• Mentor client development teams on Next.js best practices and workflows
• Optimize frontend performance using tools like Vercel Speed Insights and advanced caching strategies
• Participate in pre-sales efforts, offering technical guidance during client pitches
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing through documentation, tutorials, and case studies

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading frontend migrations and modernization initiatives
• Expert-level proficiency in Next.js and React, including SSR, SSG, ISR, and app routing
• Deep understanding of frontend performance, CDN configurations, and serverless architecture
• Experience with frontend deployment in cloud environments, including Vercel and self-hosted setups
• Strong background in modern dev tools (Webpack, TypeScript) and full-stack API integration (REST, GraphQL)
• Skilled in frontend optimization, analytics, and global scalability techniques
• Bonus: Contributions to open-source projects, knowledge of Kubernetes, or speaking experience at major tech events
