Technical Designer

1) Candidate should have an experienceof 5-10 years in commercial/corporate interior,high-end residential, andhospitality.

2) Candidateshould know about MEP services & planningof RCP Layout.

3) Candidate should have hands-on on making the planning of commercial/corporate office/workplace interiors with project scale between 4,000sq.ft to 2,00,000 sq. ft.

4) Candidate should have hands-on software like Auto-CAD, MS Office, and Google Slides. Further Photoshop & Google SketchUp (optional).

5) Candidates should have hands-on on ID different materials/finishes along with their rates.

6) Candidatesshould have excellent communication skills verbal as well as written both.

7) Candidate should be a team player.

8) Candidate should know BOQ checking & line item specification certification.

9) Candidate should be good in joinery & C&I details. Also should have an eye for details.

10)Candidateshould capability to handle individual projects on his own & complete them.

11)Candidate should be able to check & certify the shop drawings of the vendors based on approveddesign intent.

12)Candidateshould be able to check, comment & certify the tender & GFC ID drawing set. Also should be able to draft & generate the GFC drawings if required.

13)Candidate should be able to check & audit the ID works at the site.

14)Candidateshould have a complete project cycle experience & and hand onfrom the start till the handover of the project.

15)Candidate should be able to handle clients & multiple disciplines/vendors/consultants/PM, etc. He/she should be the SPOC of the project.
