Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales and clinical education teams to deliver customer-focused business solutions that drive loyalty and sustain ASP?s install base.
Perform installation, operation, preventive maintenance, and repair of ASP systems in the assigned territory.
Manage all responsibilities of primary territory, including compliance and documentation requirements
Partner with leadership, customers, and scheduling teams to coordinate all aspects of technical service work.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing guidance to customers, including hospital biomedical engineers.
Ensure timely documentation of service activities, preventive maintenance, and equipment performance.
Proactively manage inventory and complete audits to ensure proper usage of parts and tools.
Support beta site installations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Participate in on-call rotations, including weekend coverage (rotating schedule).
Qualifications:
Required:
3+ years of experience in a field service, biomedical engineering, or related technical role.
Associate degree in electronics, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
Demonstrated excellence in customer service and technical problem-solving.
Proficiency in basic computer programs (Word, Excel) and familiarity with service management systems.
Knowledge of inventory management practices
Knowledge of calibrated tools
Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
Able to lift 80 pounds to a height of 4 feet; operate company vehicle; sitting/driving for long periods of time; excessive standing, bending, and stooping
Some air travel for meetings, training, and regional service coverage as required
Preferred:
4+ years of experience in the medical device industry.
Microsoft A+ certification or equivalent hardware certification.
MCP certification or equivalent.?

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 47,500.00 - 88,100.00
