Technical Consultant - Oracle RPAS/MFP

The role of the Technology Consultant is responsible for the planning, installing and for the configuration of software solutions and systems. It is capable to support employees with specific applications and provides expert advisory. Analyze, Design and Configure various RPAS solutions to meet business requirements in a standard way. Ability to understand complex business processes and derive appropriate solutions in a productive way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing Support and Implementing business processes in Oracle RPAS SAAS solution
• Working with an experienced product and architecture team to build world class IT solutions supporting the merchandising processes of the Project.
• Being subject matter expert for certain functions/processes/tools
• Delivering and ensuring functionality of the developed solutions
• Collaboration across multiple internal organizations and interactions with partners and customers around the globe

• Investigates operational needs and problems, and opportunities, contributing to the recommendation of improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes and organization.
• Assists in defining acceptance tests for these recommendations.

Requirements

• Defines and manages scoping, requirements definition and prioritization activities for small- scale changes and assists with more complex change initiatives.
• Follows agreed standards, applying appropriate techniques to elicit and document detailed requirements.
• Provides constructive challenge to stakeholders as required.
• Prioritize requirements and documents traceability to source.
• Reviews requirements for errors and omissions.
• Provides input to the requirements base-line.
• Investigates, manages and applies authorized requests for changes to base-lined requirements, in line with change management policy.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• Proficient spoken and written command of English
• BTech/BE in any Specialization.
• Complete knowledge of all Oracle Retail Predictive Application Server solutions.
• Technical expertise in Unix, PL/SQL, Shell Scripting.
• Knowledge of integrations between source-RPAS-destinations, also "RETL" program
• Experience in Advanced JAVA, RPAS SAAS, Unix, Shell Scripting. Well aware of HTTP and SSL and setting up OBIEE connection with SSL.
• 2+ years of experience in relevant area
• Understanding of different culture
• Participated in projects with people from other functions/markets

Good to have any Additional skill like

• SQL and PLSQL
• Oracle RMS
• Batch monitoring applications like Appworx or Automic
