Technical Business Analyst

Our client, a leader in the higher education sector, is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join their team. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be part of the Integration Team supporting critical data exchange initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Gather, analyze, and document data integration and business process requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness.

Collaborate with team members to profile source data and address data quality anomalies.

Develop and deliver source-to-target mapping specifications and data exchange specifications.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for projects, processes, and operations.

Facilitate requirement-gathering meetings and translate business needs into actionable technical specifications.

What's Needed?

5+ years of demonstrated experience in requirements analysis, data analysis, and process design.

Strong knowledge of Agile and SCRUM methodologies.

Proficiency in SQL and experience with data profiling and data analysis.

Ability to create and execute test cases and document requirements in various forms.

Familiarity with APIs, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
