Technical Architect - Full Stack

We are seeking a Technical Architect with proven experience of over 10 years in designing sophisticated web applications and systems architecture using advanced front-end framework React and backend Django libraries or similar framework. This role demands a technically sound individual who is adept at developing robust, high-quality solutions, setting the groundwork and architectural guidelines for the team to follow.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Architect, design and develop advanced, innovative applications using React and Django or similar framework.

Take ownership of the technical vision and strategy to ensure alignment with business goals.

Provide technical leadership and mentoring to a team of developers; make recommendations for technology adoption.

Drive a culture of code integrity, clean architecture, and high-quality software within the team.

Solve complex problems, create object models, define APIs, build web services, etc.

Establish and enforce frontend and backend coding standards and best practices.

Review system design documents, perform software version control, and maintain the efficiency of the server.

Design and implement fail-safe, robust protecting technologies, data migration, backup, and recovery.

Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to maintain operations and troubleshoot critical deployment issues.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Over 10+ years of Proven experience with React.JS, Django, Python, and other related technologies.

Solid understanding of REST APIs, front-end architecture, and performance optimization.

Familiarity with modern microservices architecture.

Proficiency in code versioning and deployment with Git.

Experience in NoSQL database systems such as MongoDB or equivalent.

Strong problem-solving skills, data structures, and algorithms.

Ability to guide team members and promote a culture of learning and improvement.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring developers at all levels.

Demonstrated ability to resolve complex software issues.

Experience with Cloud services like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
