This role offers the opportunity to lead the development of new monetization products , working on everything from ads ranking to forecasting and bidding algorithms .

Lead the development of innovative ad products to drive user engagement and revenue.
Oversee the development of large-scale ads systems , including ranking , forecasting , and bidding algorithms.
Mentor and guide a team of engineers, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions.
Collaborate with global teams to build cutting-edge ad technologies.
Work in a fast-paced environment, continually iterating on machine learning models to enhance ad performance.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in Machine Learning , Software Engineering , or Applied Science .
Expertise in Python , C++ , or Go .
Strong experience with ads technology , including forecasting , ranking , and auction systems .
Proven leadership skills in guiding technical teams and developing scalable systems.
BS or MS in Computer Science , Engineering , or related fields
