Your role will encompass overseeing daily operations, enhancing team performance, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Team Lead Hours: Monday-Friday 3pm-12:30am

Team Lead Rate: $18.00-$20.00 hourly Depending on experience

Team Lead Responsibilities Include:

Supervising team members, guiding their professional development and performance
Setting daily objectives and ensuring they are met efficiently
Onboarding
Collaborating closely with management to communicate team needs and goals
Monitoring team performance metrics and implementing improvements as necessary.
Ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures.
Verify completeness and accuracy of all production paperwork

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent with 2=years of experience in production/packaging lead experience.
Proven leadership abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to inspire and motivate team members.
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
Familiarity with computers and can perform basic data entry
