We are looking for a talented Team Coordinator to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Mineral Point, WI.

Job Summary:

Operates machines and production equipment independently in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment and may instruct or coach others.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Ensure Safety:

By stopping work and reporting any major injury hazards immediately, you'll help maintain a safe work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Back up Team Lead in team lead absence

Assist with assignment of Operators to stations

Work on the line as necessary

Conduct and support training of hourly employees

Work with HSE team and other departments to resolve any safety concerns
