Job Description

Elite Sourcing LLC, is working with a leading public accounting firm, looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Tax Senior to join their team. As a Tax Senior, you will be responsible for providing tax compliance and advisory services to clients, ensuring accurate and timely tax filings, and optimizing tax strategies for their benefit.

In this role, you will prepare and review various tax returns, research tax laws and regulations, and collaborate with clients and team members to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for tax savings. The ideal candidate is analytical, has strong problem-solving skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
Research and interpret tax laws and regulations
Assist in tax planning and advisory services for clients
Collaborate with clients to gather necessary tax information and documentation
Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and deadlines
Identify and recommend tax-saving opportunities for clients
Supervise and mentor junior tax professionals

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
CPA certification is preferred
Minimum of 4years of experience in tax accounting
Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
Proficiency in tax preparation software and MS Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
