Tax Sales Representative

We are a leading insurance brokerage in California, expanding our services to include tax solutions. We are looking for a Tax Sales Representative to cross-sell tax services to our existing clients, prospect new clients, and attend in-person appointments when needed. Fluency in Spanish is required to effectively serve our Spanish-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cross-Selling: Offer tax services to our existing clients, demonstrating how these services complement their current insurance policies.
• Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls, networking, and referrals.
• Client Meetings: Conduct in-person meetings when necessary to discuss tax services and close sales.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and individuals to encourage referrals and repeat business.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about tax regulations and industry updates to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction.

Location: Irvine, CA
Job Type: Full-Time | $25 per hour + Commission

Requirements

• Experience: 1-2 years in tax-related roles, such as tax preparation, tax consulting, or sales of tax services.
• Sales Skills: Proven success in sales, particularly in financial services, tax, or insurance.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain tax concepts clearly.
• Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
• Language Requirement: Fluency in Spanish is required to effectively serve our Spanish-speaking clients.
