As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of tax compliance and planning for our clients. • Manage and lead a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and mentorship
• Develop tax strategies for clients to minimize tax liabilities and maximize savings
• Review and analyze client tax returns and financial statements
• Keep up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure compliance
• Advise clients on tax implications and potential opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• CPA certification required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax planning and compliance
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in tax software and MS Office Suite
